To register a student athlete for sports at Basalt High School, you must go through our online registration form (https://bhs-ar.rschooltoday.com/home). On this website, you will confirm that you have read the District Athletic/Activities Handbook. You must register for each new sport at the beginning of each season. You can also pay the $125 athletic fee online, or bring in $125 to the BHS front office. (Athletes pay $125 per sports season.)

In order to participate in a BHS sport, students must have had a physical within the past year. A clearance form (see below) MUST be on-file in the BHS front office before the start of practice.

Please print the appropriate forms below and bring to your student's primary care provider. You may also schedule a physical at the Roaring Fork School Health Center by calling (970) 384-6054.
